Cracker Cookies

My cousins gave me this recipe and I wanted to share it with you guys.

What You need
1 box ritz crackers, regular or low fat will do
Peanut butter, crunchy or creamy works
Chocolate of your choice
Decorations

Equipment:
A microwave safe bowl
A butter knife or spreader
Wax paper
Baking sheets
A plate

What to do
Step 1. Spread peanut butter on the crackers and make cracker
sandwiches.
2. Melt the chocolate of your choice. You can use dark, white, milk, or
semisweet.
Step 3. Dip each cracker sandwich in the chocolate. Work quickly so the
chocolate doesn't begin to harden.
Step 4. If using decorations, drizzle them on top of each cracker cookie.
You can use chopped wallnuts, coconut, broken pretzels, sprinkles, mini
m&m's, shredded coconut, etc.
Step 5. Place each cracker cookie on your prepared baking sheets.
Step 6. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Dig in and enjoy!

Yes there are peanut butter girl scout cookies, I cannot remember the name
of them, and these cookies taste like those girl scout cookies.
